Last Refuge of the Warmongers
TREASON is making the rounds of our nation’s capital these days.
Anyone daring to point out that gas prices and inflation were already at record highs long before RUSSIANS set boots in UKRAINE risks being accused of TREASON.
Witness the tiff just this week between Tulsi Gabbard, who served her country, and Mitt Romney, who hid behind his religion to avoid service.
Romney accused Gabbard of spreading “TREASONOUS lies” by pointing out that deadly diseases could be unleashed if US-funded bioresearch (i.e. “bioweapons”?) labs in Ukraine were damaged in the fighting there.
So it’s patriotic to hyperventilate over WMD’s Putin might use. But it’s TREASON to point out that the reason Victoria Nuland is so nervous about DTRA labs falling into the wrong hands is… WMD’s the Ukrainians could use?
Which doesn’t make sense. Because bioweapons is a cash flow that elites like Romney, Biden and Pelosi would have been crazy not to skim. And they would have made sure the globalist colony of Ukraine got its fair cut of Tony Fauci’s side business.
You’re In Good Company
But TREASON has never been about substance. Or sense. Pretty much for as long as it has been around.
As far back as May 30, 1765, records show.
When the firebrand Patrick Henry rose in Virginia’s House of Burgesses to introduce a resolution opposing Britain’s Stamp Act.
Henry concluded his presentation: Caesar had his Brutus, Charles the First his Cromwell, and George the Third—”
Treason! Treason! shouts interrupted.
—and George the Third may profit by their example! Henry shouted over them.
And then really got himself in hot water: If this be treason, make the most of it!
The Reason for The Treason
The Constitution says that
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
In fact TREASON is the only crime which the Constitution specifically calls out. It’s punishable by death or imprisonment, and by lifelong disqualification from holding public office.
A pretty hefty crime. And a great way to silence your critics, if not for the very high burden of proof: two witnesses to an overt act.
Not words. Deeds.
Which doesn’t give Mitt much to go on, accusing Tulsi of TREASON for telling the truth.
She’s definitely not levying war.
But that has never stopped Americans with not much to go on from making the most of treason.

Since the collapse of the Second Trump Impeachment, TREASON has pretty much face-planted, averaging an anemic 2.05 WPM over 2021. The last ninety days have seen a 33% uptick in malwording, mostly as an ad hominem for people like Mitt Romney, Joe Scarborough and fellow travelers who have no response to reasoned criticism except to point and splutter.
PRO-PUTIN, another trace element that barely registers at a galvanic 0.1 WPM, has soared over the past few weeks to a heady 0.32 WPM. But to Patrick Henry’s point, TREASON is such a rare-earth malword that you have to make the most of it if you ever have the fortune—good or bad— to stumble upon it in the wild.
What Are Malwords?
Malwords are keywords weaponized for information warfare. They function within public discourse as intellectual malware, verbal viruses designed to spread quickly for the purposes of a) silencing dissent through control of language, narrative, and speech, b) increasing public tolerance for government-sanctioned atrocity and c) emboldening officials to commit acts of atrocity.
Malword strength is measured by their frequency of appearance in the published body of language (corpus), and expressed in words per million (WPM) linguistic units (words, numbers, symbols, acronyms, etc). The average person processes 20,000-30,000 linguistic units (LU’s) over the course of a day, so if a particular malword shows up in the news corpus at a frequency of over 50 WPM, chances of hearing that term at least once in daily consumption of news is high.
Treason By The Company It Keeps
Since it is not even close to once-a-week frequencies, TREASON is probably best measured by the company it keeps.
Top 20 colocates ( or “colos”)—words located 4 LU’s before or after TREASON in the news corpus— have increased in frequency of appearance in the first three months of 2022 by 709%.
These colos include:
SUSPICION MINISTER OPPOSITION INVESTIGATED INVOLVING INVESTIGATION DETAINED AUTHORITIES FACES PROHIBIT SPYING SPEAKING FACE SUSPECTED LEADER POLICE ARREST ALLEGATIONS
Nothing to suggest the burden of proof had been met: two witnesses to an overt act.

PROHIBIT the SPEAKING of truth, using
ALLEGATIONS fabricated through
SPYING, which become pretext on which
LEADERS are DETAINED for SUSPECTED infractions, then finally
ARRESTED on orders of the MINISTER of Justice who, everyone understands, cannot comment on an “ongoing
INVESTIGATION” under which
AUTHORITIES never produce a charge or allow those
DETAINED to FACE their accusers in a court of law.
Yes, this is normal.
This is how destructive governments invite their own destruction.
And this is treason.
